How to enroll my child:
The CDC enrolls children from the waitlist. Toward the end of each semester currently enrolled families are offered the opportunity to reenroll. After we gather that information, we determine how many open spaces are available. We then will enroll new families from the waitlist.
The waitlist applications open: June 1st for Fall Semester
October 1st for Spring Semester
March 1st for Summer Semester
We will continue to enroll new families from the waitlist until all spaces have been filled. You can fill out the waitlist online. The wait list is good for one semester, so you need to apply for each semester, when the waitlist opens. Once you have obtained a space, you will be offered the first opportunity to reenroll and do not have to go back on the wait list unless you skip a semester.
Cost of Care
PPCC students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours are eligible for a sliding fee structure based on family income. The sliding scale rate is determined by the information on the student's Federal Application for Free Student Aid (FAFSA).
The attached sliding scale rate and sliding scale determination sheet will give you a general idea of where you fall on the sliding scale, but your official rate must be obtained by the CDC from the PPCC Financial Aid office
The CDC has multiple resources to assist students with child care costs ranging from outside agencies, subsidies for military families, scholarships and grant assistance for low income students. Additional information is available at enrollment.
The CDC does accept the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (C-CCAP) for PPCC students taking 6 or more credit hours.
Age Groups Served
The CDC accepts children ages 6 weeks to 5 years prior to attending kindergarten.
