Due to COVID 19 we have limited availability for proctoring services

Proctoring for other institutions is available on Mondays by appointment only. All proctored exams are schedule at the Centennial Campus only, Monday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are located at 5675 South Academy Boulevard, Room A121. Colorado Springs, CO 80906. Face masks are required to be worn on campus and in the Testing Center.

Each proctor exam has a $25 proctor fee for the first two hours plus, $10 per each additional hour.  Payment must be made prior to testing. Once you are approved to test at the Testing Center, you will receive an email with a link and phone number to pay your proctor fee. 

To submit a proctor request, please email us at proctor@ppcc.edu with the following information:

• Your full name
• Phone number
• Student Number - submit your S# or SG# if you have one
• Name of your institution
• Name of the test
• Time limit of test
• Desired test date

A testing staff will review the request and will respond within 48 hours with more information. Approval will be granted upon staffing and room availability.

When you are ready to take your exam, bring a valid photo ID to the Testing Center. If your exam requires to be mailed back to your school bring a prepaid envelope to the Testing Center the day of your exam. In addition to PPCC's Testing Center policies, the Testing Center will adhere to all testing requirements and polices established by your college or university.
